Canada TFWP (LMIA)
The Temporary Foreign Worker Program allows Canadian employers to hire foreign workers to fill labour shortages once a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment is obtained. Common sectors include agriculture, construction, hospitality, caregiving, and manufacturing. Work permits are employer-specific.
